Refund Policy

Digital orders are handled according to their delivery status.

Undelivered orders

If BroncPlus cannot deliver an order, the amount paid for that order is returned to the customer’s BroncPlus balance.

Completed digital delivery

Completed digital products and activations are final because they cannot be returned after delivery.

Balance deposits

Deposited balances are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Contact support promptly if a payment was duplicated or credited incorrectly.
