1. What BroncPlus provides
BroncPlus sells digital subscriptions, credits and related digital services. Orders are placed through our Telegram bot (@Broncians_bot) and paid for from a prepaid BroncPlus balance. The balance is denominated in US dollars.
2. Your balance
You fund your balance using the payment methods offered (card via Stripe, crypto via Cryptomus or Binance Pay, or mobile money and bank methods via Paystack and Korapay). Deposits are credited automatically once the payment provider confirms them. Your balance does not expire, is personal to your Telegram account, and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
3. Orders and delivery
Instant-delivery orders are fulfilled automatically once payment is confirmed. Some services require manual activation by our team; these remain marked as Processing until completed, and you are notified in the bot when done. Delivery is made to the Telegram account or the details you provide at order time — you are responsible for providing accurate information.
4. Pricing and fees
Prices are shown in the bot before you confirm any order. Card payments may carry a processing fee, which is always displayed before you pay. Crypto deposits are converted to US dollars at the live market rate at the time of payment.
5. Refunds
If an order cannot be delivered, its full price is returned to your BroncPlus balance. Because digital goods are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, completed deliveries are final. Deposited balances are not refundable in cash, except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use BroncPlus for fraud, money laundering, resale schemes that violate third-party terms, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, chargebacks or fraudulent payments, and we may decline or reverse transactions linked to fraud.
7. Availability
Catalogue items, prices and stock change in real time and may be withdrawn without notice. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the bot, the website or any payment method.
